Terms of Service

1. What PC Atlas is. PC Atlas is a price aggregation and information service. We display listings, prices and value scores sourced from third-party retailers. Purchases are completed on the retailer's website under the retailer's own terms.

2. Accuracy. Prices and availability are verified at scan time and may change without notice. Always confirm the live price on the retailer's page before purchasing. Value scores are opinions generated from public data, not guarantees.

3. Affiliate disclosure. Outbound links may be affiliate links. PC Atlas may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Commissions never affect scores or rankings.

4. Accounts. You are responsible for your account credentials. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, abuse, or fraud.

5. Services. Local services (repair, builds, classes, rentals) are quoted individually and governed by the written estimate you approve.

6. Liability. PC Atlas is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from purchases made with third-party retailers or from reliance on displayed data.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
